I'm a composite photographer who turned myself into Tacullu in SW1 and my daughter into Tacullu in SW2.

I jumped in feet first into SW1 an purchased every card available for it. I host 2-3 eight person in-person tournaments a year. It was my favorite game of all-time. A few games gradually replaced it as my new phone no longer supported the old app so I didn't get it played as much. I resisted purchasing SW2 as I had invested so much into SW1. I was still hosting SW1 tournaments for 2 years after SW2 released and while I conceded that SW2 was a better game I didn't think that it was a large enough improvement to replace everything that I already had. So I actively avoided playing it as a SW1 loyalist. But then in 2023 I decided to give it a fair shot on the app and found that it was a significant improvement in every way and now own everything SW2 including the deck boxes. I wouldn't choose to play SW1 now other than an occasional game for nostalgia.

My favorite faction in SW1 was easily the Benders. With SW2 I do like the Breakers, but I'd probably say Sand Goblins.
