I'm a mechanical engineer working in plastic injection mold design. I have also played bass guitar in garage rock/indie band settings for about 20 years and have recently started getting into jazz.

I was taught the game around 2011 when a friend from my board game group got the 1E Master Set. I believe I played Shadow Elves vs his Deep Dwarves. I never owned any 1E but I played a lot through the app until about 2014 or so. I pre-ordered 2E as soon as I was made aware of it. I play a handful of in-person games around the release of each new faction, and since the start of Season 2 online I've tried to keep ~2 online games going at a time.

My favorite [sp] faction right now are the Sand Goblins because of the variety in how their games can play out. My favorite [sp] card is probably Valeria The Just, because Dictate and Greater Engage are so fun to play around with. The rest of the HE gameplay just doesn't really fit me, however.

I would implement some sort of mulligan rule and/or try to lessen the first-player advantage even more (maybe 2 moves and attacks for the first player's first turn?)

My favorite games are cooperative LCGs like Arkham Horror, Marvel Champions, and Lord of the Rings as well as competitive CCG/TCGs like the Decipher Star Wars CCG, KeyForge, Destiny, etc. Some of my favorite board games are Race for the Galaxy and Tigris and Euphrates, amongst many others. I play RPGs weekly, usually DnD 5E but also Edge of the Empire, The One Ring, and various other systems for short campaigns. I go in and out of video games, but I like all things Nintendo and usually play a lot of soccer video games like FIFA or PES.
