Play Mind Control and take control of the Blight Mage and the Spore Carrier.
Move:
Blight Mage activates "Blood Imbue" to destroy that Carrier and moves into its place.
Tacullu moves two spaces forward to D8.
The Mind Witch moves up as well, to D6, and then with the help of Blast gets forced to D7.
Attack:
Attack with the Mind Witch, getting 3 range dice on Kuldak.
Tacullu kills the Mind Witch, needing only one hit.
Then the Blight Mage goes for the final blow.

SPOILERS my way is better!
Mind Control Blight Mage and Carrier.
Mind Witch copies Wind Mage.
Blight Mage blood imbues carrier to kill it.
Tacullu moves to where carrier was (C7).
Mind Witch moves two spaces up (D6).
Tacullu attacks Kuldak.
Mind Witch pushes Blight Mage down one spot (D7).
Blight Mage attacks Kuldak.
Total of 7 dice.
Mind Witch moves up two spaces.
