Cave Goblins: Don't understand how to use them, don't understand how to play against them. If their complexity rating is a 1, I'll eat my Summoner Wars set.

For me, Shadow Elves take the top spot easily!
In the hands of a skilled player they are so dangerous, can play eco or assassination style.
Fallen Kingdom are not as strong as the Elves, it is the Horde of Carriers I fear. Failing to destroy a Carrier can backfire, and next turn you are facing multiple.
Honorable mention goes to Fungal Dwarves. If they get their engine going they can be unstoppable. I feared them way more before the nerf.
