This was a fun match-up. TO keeping the pressure on while protecting their flanks with high health units, a forward wall, or a well-timed freeze*. *Although freeze is less useful due to the restriction on boosted units.* For SE the early game can be tough but they will gradually build to setting up a counterattack with boosted units and chants. So by mid to end game, it is a revolving game of cat and mouse where both sides are trying to land the KO punch.

To find an edge with the Tundra Orcs you will want to play very aggressive and try to get your champs on the board as quickly as possible. Don't give Savanna Elves the time to boost units in the back, and keep the pressure on. Savanna Elves are weak to early offense, and Tundra Orcs are capable of exploiting this weakness. Slower games tend to favor the Savanna Elves as they will be able to better maximize their event card combos. If Savanna Elves go first, Grognack may have to take some big risks to get the momentum to swing the other way.
