I’m a CPA that loves board and card games, and especially 1v1 card games with deck-building. I’ve also got a bunch of other weird hobbies, such as disc golf, fantasy Tecmo super bowl leagues, speed-running and fighting games (though I mostly only watch the last 2 nowadays). I’ve also got 2 boys who I’m pushing hard to get into card games.

I played SW from the very beginning. Held a combined Heroscape + Summoner Wars tournament where your Scape and SW races had to be the same. Even got the PHG guys to come to that one. As many already know, I was a long-time play tester of SW1.0 and the lead playtester for Alliances and the last 8 second summoners. I got to design Moyra Skylark’s deck and Farrah Oathbreaker’s deck, and a bunch of individual cards in lots of the other decks. It was so much fun doing that back then - I really miss it. Also SW 2.0 trivia… if you like the card Renewed Hope - you’re welcome ;)

In 2.0, it’s the Vanguards right now. I’m always drawn to the underdog. Renewed Hope is my favorite card, because I’m arrogant.
