Summon:
Summon Wind Archer on F4 and Wind Mage on E3.
Play Hypnotic Call on Smeg to force her one to the left.
Move:
Move Wind Archer all the way up to F7.
Wind Mage follows and moves to E5 and then move the other Wind Mage behind him (E4).
Attack:
Wind Mag on E4 attacks Smeg and then force the other Wind Mage one space up, so that she is in range to push the Wind Archer to the back row.
After doing so, Wind Archer has a clear and powerful shot on Sneeks.

I see slightly another solution, but it involves the same units and the same idea. It's just cosmetic change, because we probably kill Sneeks in the end.

You could also add insult to injury by finishing Sneeks with his own unit by playing Control to take over both the Beast Rider and Clinger. Summon a Wind Mage in A2 and B3. Move the B3 Wind Mage to C4, have the Beast Rider deposit the Clinger on B7, and then move Wind Mage from A2 to B3. Have the D2 Wind Mage force the B3 Wind Mage up one space then one more by the C4 Wind Mage. The now B5 Wind Mage forces the Clinger up on space and he finishes off his former leader.

I also saw first the solution based on mind control taking the rider/clinger then move the clinger 1 space up with the wind mage.
