One of the most intricate matchups in the game. Difficult for Cave Goblins to get the momentum started when going second, especially with Deceivers slowing down their advance, but they can often put up a good fight when going first.
Key concepts as Breakers. Threaten Gulldune as early as possible by discarding aggressively early in the match. This can be a great way to discourage Sneeks from doing a Sly deep in your territory. If an enemy gate is placed on your side of the board, consider spending extra resources to take it out immediately. Keep Tacullu close to your main forces, if Tacullu is far away from the battle you won't be able to make full use of your events, and you may be inviting Sneeks to come in for a surprise attack.
As Cave Goblins, focus your units on the side of the board where there is least opposition, and use your opponent’s walls for cover as you advance. Avoid exposing too many units in the open lanes as they will get rained on by arrows. It's often important to avoid fighting Tacullu head on as you make your advance forward, Tacullu's ability and event cards make it difficult to attack her directly. Sneeks himself is an exception to this rule as he is unaffected by most events and abilities, which means you should be constantly looking for opportunities to surprise attack Tacullu with Sneeks’ Sly ability. Once you’ve found your opening, putting Tacullu in an uncomfortable position with limited retreating moves is where you’ll find a path to victory.

This matchup is balanced and fun, it is quite "draw-dependent", but skill is the most important thing normally.

I agree with massimo that this match-up is more even than the results suggest.
Breakers have a lot of tools to hold off the Cave Goblins until they burn out.
I like using this match-up to teach people the game. Both factions are relatively straightforward (card abilities and no side economy). You can show off how each faction is 'overpowered' in some way without doing some insane out-of-the-blue super gotcha combo.

Interesting matchup with two very different factions.
Cave Goblins have a lot of movement tricks and with Enrage The Horde and Pile On they can capitalize on turns where they get near Tacullu.
Eater is an autobuild here, Breakers have a lot of possibilities to toy around with him. When they Mind Control him, it's Game Over for the Eater. Same is true for Smeg, so be cautious where you move him. Cave Goblins have a lot of easy targets for Mind Capture, especially Slingers are a valuable targets if you can use its extra attack.
Mind Capture and Mind Control gets around these nasty Unrelenting turns. All Breaker events can be quite helpful in this matchup. If Sneeks is already severely injured, Breakers can pull of some assassination plays for example Blasting a Unit towards Sneeks or with the help of Gwalark.
I feel the matchup is quite even. Personally I am more of a Breakers player, enjoy all their tricks.
