Crimson Order (3x appearances), the Forged (2x), and Deepwood Groaks (1x) deserve some love. Also I hear Shimmersea (0x) are a blast.

This where we advocate for our votes? I think the new factions should be challenged, with bulk for Storm Goblins, and repositioning for the Fae. That's why I'm voting:
SF vs PE
ST vs TO
I wanted to include DG, so I thought a (relatively) matchup for them could be the cave goblins, with lots of little rather than one big thing for warriors to destroy.
DG vs CG
The last two I would love just because they're super fun matchups for both sides.
HE vs FO - super interesting interactions of commons and auras and direct damage.
MV vs OD - so many combos and ways to punish aggression when both of them can be aggressive in this
